Two-stage Cement Plug

The two-stage cement plug include: flexible plug, gravity open plug (referred to as the gravity plug), close the plug touch the pressure seat, the replacement of open plug (referred to as the replacement plug). These parts are made of rubber and aluminum alloy, they are easy to dill.

Features
1. The pressure seat is used to hold the flexible plug against pressure. It is usually placed in a ferrule coupling above the float hoop.
2. Flexible plug used to isolate the cement slurry and drilling fluid, the first level in place, the formation of pressure.
3. Gravity plug for the streamlined, with lead inside, quickly and freely after falling into the sliding sleeve and the formation of a seal, open the circulation hole pressure.
4. Closure plug is used to isolate the second stage grout and drilling fluid, forming a seal when it runs to the upper sleeve position. Continue pressurization to close the sleeve down, the circulation hole closed.
5. Replacement open plug for continuous two-stage cementing operations, but also suitable for use in inclined shafts. It opens the circulation holes directly without the need to wait for long fall times like a gravity plug.
